"Bite the Bullet" -  When you tell someone to "bite the bullet," you're urging them to confront a challenging task or endure a tough circumstance without hesitation. The phrase's origin dates back to historical times when soldiers would bite on a bullet during surgery to endure the pain without making noise.

Example Conversation:

Haruto: I've been putting off telling my boss about the mistake I made. I'm afraid of the consequences. Yuki: It's better to be honest. Go ahead, bite the bullet, and admit your mistake. It's the right thing to do.
