When someone makes a mistake or inconveniences you and they apologize, you can say “don’t sweat it.” 

It means “don’t worry about it.” It’s a very casual phrase, so use it in the appropriate setting!

Example:

A: Sorry, I totally forgot we were supposed to meet at 19:00 today!

B: Don’t sweat it! I was just relaxing while I was waiting for you.

It’s a friendly and casual way of saying “don’t worry about it.”
